At the end of a long day when our pencils are dull and our                                         minds are not far behind,

          Rain (whether it will stop). Inspiration (whether it will come                                   back). Rent (whether it

will get paid).  Craft (whether the dead guys will be mad at us for                                ripping off their ideas).

Shopping (whether it can overcome the influence of cartoons and strip                      malls). Relationships (whether

it’s possible to make the good ones last and the bad ones go away). Clients (see ‘Relationships’). Scrapping

(whether they are worth the paper they are created on). Self-Promotion Pieces (see ‘Scrapping’).

Heaven (whether there is one, and if so, what typeface).

FabScraps began in 2005 when Brigitte and Janine created the one of the first truly local ranges of paper and matching accessories ever produced in South Africa.

The original staff members were Brigitte Wimbush, Janine Smollan, Ralph Krull, Thandi, Portia and Cindy of which only Thandi is no longer with FabScraps.  

FabScraps products are associated with artistic, approachable and fun designs which have a wide appeal to scrapbookers who love all styles from retro to shabby chic!  All the ranges are mix and match!  Whatever the occasion, they have what you need or they will make sure it’s on their list for the next range so make sure you put in your request!

2010 began with FabScraps moving to bigger premises in Hillcrest after outgrowing the Kloof premises due too increase in products and staff compliment!
